These Terms and Conditions describe use of the Skilled Branding website and the general ordering process for custom T-shirts, apparel, promotional pens and banners. Contact skilledbranding@gmail.com with questions before placing an order.

Quotes and order confirmation

A website inquiry is a request for information or a quote, not a confirmed order. Product availability, quantities, printing specifications, prices, taxes, shipping or delivery charges and estimated timing must be confirmed in your written quote or order confirmation. Review those details before authorizing work.

Deposit and final payment

A deposit is required before printing begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery. The deposit amount and payment instructions will be stated in your quote or order confirmation. Printing will not begin until the required deposit is received and the artwork and order details are approved. Any changes to payment arrangements must be agreed in writing.

Artwork and approval

You are responsible for having permission to use any logos, artwork, trademarks, text or other material you provide. Check the proof and order details carefully, including spelling, colors, placement, product selection, quantities and apparel sizes. Notify us of corrections before approving production. A screen preview may not reproduce the exact appearance of the finished product; discuss critical color requirements before approval.

Production and delivery timing

Estimated production timing depends on the product, available stock, artwork approval and receipt of the required deposit. Tell us your required event or delivery date before confirming the order. Deadlines and rush arrangements must be confirmed for your specific project. Changes after approval may affect price and timing.

Changes, cancellations and product concerns

Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Because products are customized, a change or cancellation may not be possible after materials are ordered or production begins. Any applicable cancellation charges, deposit treatment or return arrangements must be confirmed in writing for your order; these website terms do not establish a blanket non-refundable deposit policy.

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly about damage, incorrect items or printing concerns. Include your order details and photographs where helpful so we can review the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Website content and acceptable use

Product photographs and examples illustrate available services and may show sample branding. Availability and specifications can change. Do not misuse the website, submit intentionally false inquiries, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its security. Website materials belong to Skilled Branding or their respective owners and may not be reused commercially without permission or another lawful basis.

Privacy and outside services

Our Privacy Policy describes information handling. External websites and services have their own policies and terms. We do not control their availability or content.

Questions and updates

If there is a discrepancy between general website information and an order-specific written agreement, ask us to clarify it before proceeding. We may update these website terms; the revision date appears above. Changes to website terms do not automatically change an order already agreed in writing.
